How CreoCall works

Go from sign-up to a live UK business number with call routing in four steps. No engineer, no desk phones.

  1. 1. Create your account and subscribe

    Register with your business details, verify your email, and subscribe from £15/month. Billing is handled securely by Stripe.

  2. 2. Pick a UK local number

    Search available geographic numbers and activate one on your account. Your plan includes at least one UK business line.

  3. 3. Configure your call menu

    Set press-1, press-2 routing to team mobiles, upload greetings or use spoken messages, and define opening hours for your trade or shop.

  4. 4. Share your new business number

    Add the number to your website, van, invoices, and Google listing. CreoCall answers calls, routes them, and captures voicemail when you are busy or closed.

What happens when someone calls?

During opening hours, callers hear your greeting and menu. They press a digit and the call forwards to the mobile you configured. You can optionally hear a whisper so you know it is a business call. If nobody answers, voicemail kicks in and you receive an email with a play link. Outside hours, callers hear your closed message and can still leave voicemail.
