Service

CreoCall provides hosted UK business phone lines with IVR routing, voicemail, and optional outbound calling. The service is offered on a subscription basis with metered usage where stated on your plan.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate registration and billing information.
  • Use the service lawfully and in compliance with UK telecoms and marketing rules.
  • Do not use CreoCall for fraud, harassment, robocalling, or high-risk traffic.
  • Keep login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically via Stripe until cancelled. Cancelling your subscription or deleting your account releases your UK phone number(s) from Twilio immediately; we cannot guarantee the same number will be available again. Failed payments may suspend telephony after a 7-day grace period. Usage beyond included allowances is billed per your plan.

Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted telephony. Maintenance, carrier outages, or third-party failures may affect calls. Support is available via the in-app help desk.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Creobyte’s liability is limited to fees paid in the three months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
