Who we are

CreoCall is a business telephony service operated by Creobyte. We provide UK phone numbers, call routing, voicemail, and related billing through Stripe.

Data we collect

• Account details: name, email, business name, and contact phone number.
• Billing data: processed by Stripe; we store subscription status and usage totals.
• Telephony metadata: caller/called numbers, call duration, timestamps, and voicemail recordings.
• Support messages you send through the in-app help desk.

How we use data

We use your data to operate the service, bill usage, send service notifications (voicemail alerts, payment issues), and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data.

Processors

We use Twilio (telephony, IE1 region where configured), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email). Recordings and call audio may be stored on Twilio and our application servers.

Retention

Account data is kept while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for billing and legal compliance. Voicemail recordings remain until you release a line or delete your account.
